Responsibilites include: Starts at 430am. Complete wholesale bagel orders Inventory and establish production amounts for the day Produce 200 to 300#'s of dough daily Complete other restaurant prep for the day Fill in on dishes and customer service as needed

Duties may include: Building sandwiches, burritos etc. Preparing both dry and wet ingredients for mixing Slicing meats and breads Packaging finished products Baking, cooking and specialty product design Lifting up to 50lbs, sweeping, and moping Washing pans, bowls, kitchen utensils etc. Working with hot ovens and moving mixer parts Must present yourself in clean clothes and be willing to wear hair nets
