As a Baker, you will be responsible for following recipes and yield guides. Position Status: Full-Time Swing, 2:00PM-10:00PM PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare dishes, follow the recipe and yield guides. * Assist in decorating cakes and pastries. * Maintain solid menu knowledge and attention to detail with plate presentation. * Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas. * Ensure all requisitions are processed properly and placed in the designated area. * Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation. * Set up and break down the workstation. * Regularly runs for food and restocks all kitchen supplies and food items required for service. * Communicate, direct and assist management, chef, and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and employees. * Perform other job-related duties as requested.
