Different levels of experience will be considered. The candidates with more experience will show high skill levels in the preparation, mixing, maturation, shaping and baking of baguettes as well as naturally leavened breads. They will also have excellent communication skills in order to train and share their knowledge with the rest of the team. The more junior candidates will show a strong desire to learn and develop with the company. The positions will be awarded to individuals who are eager to display and develop their bread making skills AND are also team players ready to assist with and learn about the rest of the operation at Arsicault.
