Qualifications Must hold a journeyman electrician license. Valid driver's license Ability to set up and climb ladders if necessary. Ability to drive long distances. Strong attention to detail Previous solar experience is a plus. Responsibilities The responsibility of an Inspection Sitter is to represent the company at Team Sunshine customers' homes prior to the solar inspection. The Technician will meet with the Municipal or Utility Inspector and provide adequate information if necessary, regarding the solar installation process and system components. The Inspection Sitter will be to perform maintenance and repair on customers' solar systems at time of inspection. If a project fails inspection, complete any necessary requirements to have it pass. ie: electrical fixes Obtain daily or weekly routes from the warehouse that contain project documentation required to be onsite for inspection. Review site conditions and perform pre-inspection, i.e. all required labeling completed, bolts fastened. Meet Inspector onsite, must arrive 15 minutes prior to start time • Assist Inspector with opening solar equipment or main panel. Complete rapid shutdown test if required and properly commission system if necessary. Benefits: Gas card and EZPass provided. $45+/hr

We operate 4 different programs: Kid's Camp from 11am to 4pm daily for children ages 4-6; Adventure Camp from 11am to 4pm daily for children ages. 7-11; The Zoo our children's dinner program daily from 5:30 to 9pm for children of any age; private sitting daily for families who want child care outside of our other programs. Housing is not available for this position unless you are interested in also working in F&B or housekeeping, please inquire. Location: Migis Lodge on Sebago Lake, Casco, ME Hours: Full-time and part-time available Compensation: $16 per hour(depending on experience) + additional incentive payment of 7% total wages. If not assigned to one family, assist as assigned as part of kids camp or zoo program as needed. Available to provide extra child care to the family when needed outside of scheduled programs Prepare activities and play games Be sure you understand all safety standards and emergency communication procedures established by supervisors/managers Handle and communicate guest requests, special needs, guest complaints in a professional manner. Label and submit all lost and found items according to property procedures. Understand personal sanitation, the use of personal protective equipment and how to handle unsanitary linens, bodily fluids, etc. Be aware of ways to prevent personal injury from improper reaching, lifting, stretching and carrying. Be aware of allergy/health concerns of each child in your care. Be aware of the dangers of cross contamination issues. Know who to notify in case of broken equipment or unsafe/unsanitary conditions. Manually handle/lift/carry up to 50 pounds between knee and shoulders. May be required to be vertically mobile working for entire shift. Protect the assets of this property and Migis Hotel Group. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must be eligible to work in the United States of America Must be at least 16 years old Must have the ability to communicate in English, both orally and written, with children and adults, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy Must be able to multi-task and have the ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations Schedule varies according to operational needs; may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and split-shifts.
