While performing basic services, observes general vehicle condition and points out any obvious needed repairs or safety concerns to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager. Utilizes the companys Multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order to properly document the vehicle condition.
Maintains cleanliness of the shop to include the service area, tire racks, showroom and outside the building to maintain a clean and inviting appearance.
Follows all safety procedures and reports any concerns to the Shop Foreman or Store Manager.

As an Amusement Ride Maintenance Mechanic, your primary responsibilities will include:
Performing daily, weekly, monthly, annual, and other required inspections of amusement rides and related equipment, addressing any issues promptly through corrective action. Inspections will include both visual and auditory assessments.
Carrying out scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, including the inspection, repair, and testing of ride components. Communicating ride status updates both verbally and in written reports.

Performing additional tasks based on experience, including welding (MIG, TIG, and Arc), metal fabrication, and operating equipment such as lathes, mills, drill presses, grinders, and other metalworking tools.
Reading, interpreting, and applying information from manufacturer manuals for service, repair, and component replacement, and accurately reading mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic blueprints.

Qualifications:
Must have experience in welding.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Valid State Driver's License required.
2 to 4 years of verifiable experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in an industrial or amusement setting.

Automotive Mechanic/Technician
Compensation: The hourly guaranteed range for this role is from $17 - $24 per hour. This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Flat Rate range $20 - $45 hour flagged, Pay will be based on experience level.
Responsible for the efficient, diagnosis, repair and maintenance of Guest's vehicles, the Automotive Technician position is a great way to start your career at Monro. Starting day 1 you will begin a comprehensive Technician training program, covering all aspects of your new role, while preparing you for the next. As an Automotive Technician for Monro, you will be an essential team member, performing repair services on Guest vehicles. More importantly, you will be part of a team working together to deliver 5 Star Guest experiences, while using your skills to take care of people, their cars and ensure our guests have safe, reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and all manner of automotive repairs and maintenance, that you are qualified to perform
Secure our guests approval to perform the work as a result of the diagnosis; and always maintain a clean, neat work area
Complete thorough automotive vehicle inspections on every vehicle you service and perform any repairs and maintenance
Test drive guest vehicles and use our shop truck in a safe manner to pick up inventory as needed
Collaborate with teammates and provide leadership to General Service Technicians
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of automotive technician experience
Valid Driver License
Own a basic set of automotive tools or participate in tool purchase program.

Guest and team focused mindset
