· Provide leadership on quality matters in the plant and examine work for accuracy, neatness, and conformance to prescribed standards

· Audit and inspect product and processes to ensure quality

· Ensure suspect product is segregated, identified, and dispositioned per process

· Conduct and assist others in investigations to determine causes of quality defects

· Suggest and implement cost-saving ideas

· Analyze and resolve work problems or assist co-workers in solving work problems

· Cultivate a team environment focused on continuous improvement efforts

· Interact with the associates while conducting visual, dimensional, and process audits

· Provide recommendations to Quality Assurance to clearly communicate quality criteria through boundary samples or work instructions

· Review story bins for consistency of information

· Training other team members in required duties

JOB PURPOSE

The Patient Navigator Quality Auditor works with the centralized scheduling cross-functional teams to improve the daily interactions between the employee and patients. The Auditor's Cottage Health primary responsibility is to audit calls and other customer interations to ensure the employees are meeting performance, quality, safety and patient satisfaction expectations. The Auditor uses their judgement to evaluate interactions and provide management with scoring and recommendations for improvement.

LEVEL OF EDUCATION Minimum: Preferred: Associate's Degree or equivalent education/experience

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Minimum: Preferred: Certified Revenue Cycle Rep, ARCR Patient Access Readiness, Certified Patient Access Rep TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum: Intermediate MS Word, Outlook, Excel Skills, 35 wpm keyboard/typing speed Preferred: Electronic Health Record System, MS Office

YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE Minimum: Two (2) years in a healthcare customer service or Patient Access Experience Preferred: Two (2) years of Call Auditing Experience

Under the supervision of the QA Supervisor, be responsible for overseeing, on the floor, both routine and non-routine tests on in-process samples and finished product to determine the quality and acceptability of each material. Responsible for reviewing appropriate records and informing supervisory and production personnel of any non- conforming record or task. Ensure prerequisite programs are being upheld and performed correctly. Be first point of contact for any quality related issues on the floor.

Support sanitation events by conducting and leading Post Sanitation Inspections.Monitor records on the floor to ensure complete and correct information. Work with teams to educate on how to properly fill out forms and perform routine quality tasks.Monitor and own programs to support consumer complaints; quality index, mixed ratio check, detail checks, BOM material check, and any other checks supporting this program.Work with operations leadership to proritize work for Process Control Technicians.Own micro programs by performing routine and corrective action swabs and data authorizing. Communication any out of specifications results to the quality leadership.Be the first point of contact for any quality incident on the production floor working with the Quality Supervisor to provide a complete investigation.Drive food safety culture on the floor through observations and conversations.

Solid knowledge base of prerequisite programs and requirements.Able to make decisions with good analytical and fact-based decisions Food manufacturing experience and good understanding of total supply chain.Hands on, direct management style Strong communication skill, both verbal and written, and the ability to effectively communicate through all levels of organization Ability to work with diverse groups of people Detail Orientated with ability to see bigger picture and envision step change scenarios High School diploma or equivalent Preferred BS in Food Science, Business, or related field3-5-year experience within food packaging/consumer products industry
