Our client is seeking an experienced associate attorney to their general liability for their Los Angeles office. This is senior level role requiring 6-10 years of general liability experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Handle local and national accounts throughout the state of California. Independently manage a litigation caseload. Conduct depositions. Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial. Review and analyze discovery requests. Prepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadings. Prepare court filings and service to counsel; experience with e-filing. Trial preparation and support. Maintain accurate time records. Candidate Requirements: 6-10 years of general liability experience A minimum of two (2) years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas: product liability, transportation, aviation, and premises liability. Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Must be admitted to practice in the state of California. Experience with motion practice and depositions.
