The Position

Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan and in good standing.
Excellent time management and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Candidate should have at least 1 - 3 years of employment-based immigration experience. Experience in preparing nonimmigrant and immigrant applications & petitions including: H-1Bs, L-1s, PERMs, and RFEs.
