Objectives Individual is responsible for providing legal counsel and representation to the Child Support Enforcement Agency, investigating, preparing, and litigating civil actions related to child support, and writing and approving appeals. Job Standards Juris Doctor degree is required, and must be licensed, admitted, and be in good standing with the Ohio Bar for practice as an Attorney in the State of Ohio.
