Key Responsibilities:
Maintain venue cleanliness in an efficient, professional manner and contribute to an excellent guest experience.
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the bathrooms throughout the venue.
Position Details:
Perform routine maintenance on restrooms throughout the venue
Keep venue bathrooms clean and free of food, trash, and other obstacles throughout shift
Be knowledgeable of the entire venue campus
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner
Respond to calls from staff for spills, bodily fluids within the bathrooms
Follow housekeeping standards per policy
Ensure that trash cans are clean, free of odor, and lined in the restrooms
Turn all lost and found items into Box Office immediately
Refill toilet paper, paper towel, sanitary napkin and soap dispensers
Cleans and polishes hardware such as doors, woodwork, door handles, push plates, kick plates, metal handrails, cigarette urns and drinking fountains
Vacuums and spot clean rugs
Maintains adequate supply of cleaning equipment, materials and supplies
Uses cleaning tools such as mops, brooms, squeegees, cleaning cloths, sponges, pails, brushes, vacuum cleaners, etc.
Removes waste paper baskets and containers, and empties same into trash containers and cleans area after trash has been picked up
Reports all repairs required and safety and fire hazards to supervisor
Observes safety standards and practices
Performs related duties as required or assigned within job classification
Responsible for entering availability 3 weeks in advance through the ABIMM system. Employee is further responsible for communicating with the supervisor should that availability change.
Ensuring that time worked is accurately captured through the ABIMM system

Applicants must be a minimum of 14 years of age.
No prior experience required, will train on the job.
A successful applicant will have strong communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude who is able to work alone and as part of a team.
Working conditions
While we do our best to provide shaded areas for our employees to be in, it is impossible to guarantee this at all times of the day. You may be in direct/indirect sunlight for long periods of time. We operate in most summer weather conditions and since you are outside, and Maine weather is unpredictable, we ask that you dress appropriately and are prepared for light to heavy rain, changes in temperature, and humidity.
We also suggest that you always come prepared with snacks, meals, and a water bottle full of water (we will refill water as much as needed for you).
Physical requirements
Applicant should be able to stand for long periods of time while occasionally walking short distances.

What You'll Do:
Impeccable service is the lynchpin of hospitality. As the Comp Services Ambassador, you'll prepare and serve the complimentary breakfast bar, attend to guest needs, and make sure every breakfast experience is nothing short of spectacular.
Here are a few of the tasks you'll be responsible for daily:
· Set up and maintain the breakfast bar.
· Keep the breakfast bar organized and clean and replenish depleted items.
· Prepare various food items as needed.
· Respond to all guest requests for additional breakfast items, hotel information, directions, and any other assistance.
Where You've Been:
We're looking for someone with a High School diploma (or equivalent) and previous serving experience, preferably in an upscale dining environment. The ability to think on your feet and work calmly under pressure is essential. You must be able to contribute to a collaborative and diverse team dynamic and have a passion for customer service.
