    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES are as follows. Other duties may be assigned. * Maintain records of all crude trucks entering plant as well as submitting crude totals from each field to office personnel for yield sheet purposes. Also maintains a set-up sheet for all asphalt orders for Sandersville, Lumberton, and Vicksburg * Dispatches product out of the refinery to customers when the Logistics Coordinator is not available. * Handles customer complaints when the Logistics Coordinator is not available. (On vacation or after normal business hours) * Assure driver information is entered into the loading system, and loading cards are issued. * Edit tank loading information in the automated system as necessary. * Must be able to manually figure net and gross gallons of all products in the event the loading system isn't working and fill out the paperwork accordingly. * Manually enters information on State Project loads that can't be programmed into the loading system data base. * Insures that cross contamination of product does not occur in tanker trailers. * Notifies lab of trucks entering the plant that require sampling. * Submits a daily pipeline report consisting of Plains and Hunt pipeline information, Tank 25001 receipts and deliveries, LSR, DFS and Naphtha shipments. * Maintains a daily rain gauge log and notifies proper personnel if substantial rainfall occurs. * Responsible for contacting personnel in the event of an emergency at the refinery and maintains records accordingly. * Maintains staging area for emergency vehicles. * Assists with answering outside telephone calls. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; some post-secondary education is preferred. Requires two or more years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be computer literate.
