    We are looking for a mission driven Pharmacy Customer Service & Delivery Specialist to join our team! The Pharmacy Customer Service & Delivery Specialist is a member of the Pharmacy Department whose primary responsibility is to coordinate the delivery of medications to patients homes. The Pharmacy Customer Service & Delivery Specialist is responsible for organizing and controlling all day-to-day activities around medication delivery. They will ensure the effective, efficient, and secure processes around medication delivery and secure payments. Additionally, when not delivering medications, the Pharmacy Customer Service & Delivery Specialist will assist with daily cash register operations in the pharmacy. This is a full-time position located on our main campus (30th & L). The schedule will be 40 hours per week; generally, Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 18 years of age required. One or more years of work-related driving experience required. One or more years of customer service and cash handling experience preferred. Proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel required. Demonstrated math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) required. Proficiency in both English and Spanish required. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with OneWorld patients and staff. Demonstrated ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, but to also work well in a team environment. Demonstrated organizational skills, with a high attention to detail. Demonstrated awareness of and sensitivity towards the needs of low-income and medically underserved populations. Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
