Have a thorough knowledge of menus and current specials in all applicable departments.
Carry out cashiering functions in closing checks and end of shift paperwork.
Perform opening and closing procedures and side work duties according to station rotation assignment.
Ensure that tables and side stands are kept stocked tidy and clean.
Employees must at all times be attentive friendly helpful and courteous to guests managers and all of their fellow employees.
Be familiar with the organization of Aimbridge Hospitality Hotels and know the function of each department.
Attend meetings as required by management.

Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain hotel guest rooms, public areas and laundry within the hotel per established protocols, including but not limited to:
Removal of all used and unused linen/terry from room
Disinfect all high touch surfaces and unused amenities
Clean bathrooms
Clean glass and mirrors, dust and polish furniture and equipment
Replace burned out light bulbs
Remake beds with clean linens
Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, writing supplies and bathroom supplies

Uphold departmental standards of quality of work and timing measured by brand customer satisfaction metrics and Atrium labor guidelines;
May be required to train newly hired associates and support on-going performance development;
Perform work on a deep cleaning and preventative maintenance scheduled program for all areas of the hotel as assigned. Use power equipment when applicable;
Observe precautions required to protect hotel and guest property, report damage, theft and found articles to supervisor;

The Used Vehicle Lot Attendant is responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the used vehicles by parking, arranging, and inspecting used vehicles, ensuring they are presented properly for sale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Schedule detailing, take trades to detail and turn trade-ins to service for repairs.
Inspecting details.
Vehicle auction list and working with wholesalers.
Arrange outside or sublet services on repair orders.
Installing stickers on vehicles and filling vehicles with gas. Taking vehicles to other stores.
Focus on the lot condition and arrangement.
QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic mechanical skills with the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles and able to jumpstart vehicles when necessary.
Broad knowledge of all types of vehicles.
Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work unsupervised.
An eye for detail or detail experience is a plus.
Professional, personal appearance.
Must possess a valid IL driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Special event staffing consists of facilitating parking for customers during athletic and special
events requiring parking on campus. This includes cash handling, identification of permits, traffic control and ability to follow directions and assist customers in a manner which promotes a positive image for the University.
Extra Help Parking Attendants should be available to work scheduled football games, Band Day, Men's Basketball games, IHSA events, large concerts/programs held either at Redbird Arena and/or Braden Auditorium, and any other large parking details held on campus.
Additional Information
This position may be cross trained as a cashier at the pay lots located on campus, as needed, and
also in the office as needed for the Office of Parking and Transportation.
