Our Parking and Shuttle Attendants are the very front line of guest services and Big Sky Resort. This crew is responsible for maintaning a visually pleasing and safe Base Areas that creates a welcoming first impression. Crew members should be familiar with Big Sky Resort and the surrounding area and able to answer, or find the answer to, any guest questions. Other duties include driving the guest shuttle to and from the guest parking areas to the Mountain Village Base Area, cleaning up any debris in the parking lots and plaza, and managing the paid parking lot station. The role of the Turndown Attendant is to provide an elevated turndown service to each cabin/tent. Providing a full clean to each accommodation, replacing any used linens, replenishing amenities, illuminating accommodation for a comfortable bedtime ambiance, and providing turndown gift from the resort each night. The Primary Functions are: Refresh luxury homes, glamping tents, and other accommodations by removing trash, replenishing towels, wash dishes, clean and tidy areas, replace amenities, turndown beds and place the accommodation in turndown status. Ensure all homes and rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards. Operate within various housekeeping teams to achieve an exceptional level of efficiency and quality as they relate to housekeeping and turndown services. Follow assigned turndown instructions and meet deadlines. Stock homes, tents, and/or areas with all necessary supplies while continuously keeping all work areas clean and organized. Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace appropriately.
