Activities may include serving as a valet in the bag drop area, transporting golf bags from the parking lot and/or bag storage area to and from golf carts, cleaning clubs, staging and/or returning golf carts, performing practice range duties, cleaning and maintaining golf cars, etc. Responsibilities also include greeting and interacting with members/guests and providing information and/or assistance as appropriate. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Bring carts from cart shelter to cart staging area. Performs the functions of a pool attendant and maintains the daily operations at the Recreation Center, Three Graces and Infinity Pools, consistent with the goals and directives of the Recreation Manager. They will assist with the organization and execution of all pool set-up, upkeep, tear-down, member assistance, cleanliness of the pools, pool decks, locker rooms Three Graces bathrooms, and Recreation Center, always ensuring patron's safety and wellbeing, and assist pool events. Essential Functions: * Able to ensure the safety of all pool patrons, whether in or out of the pool, of all ages. * Available to work various hours and shifts as dictated by the needs of the operation. * Assists with maintaining the Recreation Center Pool, Three Graces Pool, Infinity Pool, locker rooms, and Recreation Center in a clean, neat, and orderly fashion, including opening/closing, answering the phone, and checking members/guests both in and out, according to established procedures. * Keeps both Recreation Center and Three Graces Pools and storage areas neat and in safe working order. * Setting up pools with pool chair covers and rolled towels. The Golf Shop Attendant is responsible for greeting customers and signing in golfers. The Golf Shop Attendant will also be responsible for opening and closing duties of the Golf Shop. Answering calls and coordinating reservations for tee times. The Golf Shop Attendant collects green fees and dues. This position also requires stocking the merchandise, keeping the shop clean and promoting the merchandise to customers. Essential Job Functions: Responsible for activities and functions relating to golf operations including; starting functions, taking reservations, collecting greens fees, golf cart rental. Opens and closes the Golf Shop including following procedures for opening and closing the cash register. Answers the phone and makes reservations for customers and members. Greet and direct all visitors. Inform players of course conditions for the day. Responsible for running efficient first tee by keeping a group on the tee, a group on deck and a group in the hole. Pair groups to keep a foursome on the tee. Effectively manage the tee sheet Promote products to members and guests. Assists with inventory. Use cash register to collect golf fees and make retail merchandise sales. Maintain a neat and clean Golf Shop. This includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash cans and stocking merchandise. This position helps provide and maintain facilities which give Church members places where they can work, worship, teach, learn, pray together, make and renew covenants, and receive sacred ordinances. Each Church facility that is built and/or maintained should 1) Provide a spiritual setting for members to worship, and 2) Present an image of reverence and dignity in the community. This position exists to serve priesthood leaders by providing temples, headquarters, and other facilities for their use to help bring souls unto Christ. This position works under the direction of the facility manager with coordination from the mission president or mission president's wife to assist with the operation of the mission home. Duties vary but typically include assistance with maintaining property cleanliness, preparing meals, assisting with child care and laundry. Efficient and timely completion of assigned duties. This is an entry level individual contributor job. Housekeeping: May clean mission home following missionary transfers, meetings, or as directed. Duties typically include cleaning kitchens, floors, restrooms, changing linen, dusting, waste removal, etc. Cooking: May assist in preparation of meals under the direction of the mission president's wife, including meals for visitors, and special meetings.
