Are you a self-starter looking for a great new job opportunity? Clark Retirement Community in Grand Rapids is currently seeking a Campus Attendant for our Keller Lake Campus with the following schedule: Sunday (3-10pm), Thursday (5pm-midnight), Friday (5pm-1:30am), Saturday (3-10pm)
The Campus Attendant is the go-to person for any campus issues or resident questions during the evenings, with assistance from on-call maintenance and leadership as needed.
A Campus Attendant will be responsible for securing the campus by completing door checks, parking lot and building rounds, along with light housekeeping and maintenance tasks. Some of these tasks may include cleaning/restocking public restrooms, cleaning break rooms and offices, using a ride on vacuum or hard surface ride on floor cleaner. Other security checks may include monthly fire extinguisher checks, exit sign checks, changing batteries in weather radios, etc.
If you have experience in housekeeping, environmental services, security, or maintenance, this could be a great job for you! The starting pay is $17 per hour!

In this Role:
Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Gun Lake Casino Resort's “Unsurpassed Service Standards” at all times.
Protects company assets.
Complies with Gun Lake Casino Resort's System of Internal Controls (SICS) and policies and procedures and contributes to the integrity of the drop and count.
Performs daily scheduled drop of bill validators from slot machines.
Opens slot bill validators, and sorts and counts the currency inside the validators using the currency counting machines.
Sorts, verifies, and bundles currency according to denomination.
Ensures slot count is complete, accurate, and properly documented.
Opens Table Games pit boxes, sorts and counts the currency inside the box using the currency counting machines. Sorts and counts Table Games paperwork for fills, credits, and coupons by box and shift.
Input totals for all activity by box and shift into the computer.
Ensures Table Games count is complete, accurate, and properly documented.
Remits all tallied currency to the Cage and the necessary reports to Accounting.
Maintains the general cleanliness of the count room at all times.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Opens Poker cans, sorts and verifies contents.
Fills and processes Kiosks - including BV's and cash cassettes.
Essential Qualifications:

Essential Functions:
* Perform all duties related to mowing of all greens, fairways, and tee boxes including assisting with rough when needed.
* Adjust holes and tee boxes daily.
* Sprinkling/irrigation of fairways and greens.
* Clean up course and pick up garbage throughout facility including sticks/brush and other things that may disrupt play on the course.
* Operate, clean and maintain all equipment daily as used to perform duties, including mowing and irrigation.
* Adhere to all safety and health regulations, and report all unsafe conditions to Supervisor.
* Act as course ranger at any time while at facility addressing concerns or reporting issues even when utilizing free golf benefit.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Environmental Factors:
* Must be able to perform repetitive body mechanics, including but not limited to climbing stairs, standing, stretching, twisting, bending, crouching and kneeling.
* Prolonged standing and sitting.
* Repetitive stretching, twisting, bending, and lifting along with working on ladders, roofs and crawl spaces.

In this Role:
Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the entire pool area, including the pool decks, walkways, and surrounding environments.
Regularly clean and organize pool deck furniture, including chairs, loungers, tables, and the Cabana areas.
Maintain cleanliness in pool restrooms and changing areas.
Manage the supply and handling of clean and dirty pool towels.
Distribute clean towels to guests and collect used towels for laundering.
Ensure that towel bins are regularly emptied, and clean towels are always available.
Assist in the delivery and service of food and drinks to guests in the pool area.
Maintain cleanliness in the food and beverage service areas, ensuring prompt removal of any trash or debris.
Work in collaboration with the food and beverage team to meet guest needs efficiently.
Provide exceptional customer service by attending to guest inquiries and needs promptly.
Ensure guest safety by adhering to all pool safety rules and regulations.
Assist Lifeguards and other staff in emergency situations as needed.
Work closely with Lifeguards to monitor the pool area and ensure a safe environment for all guests.
Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues to the Pool Supervisor or Lifeguards immediately.
Assist in enforcing pool rules and regulations.
Set up and break down pool area equipment for events and special functions.

Essential Qualifications:
Must be 16+ years of age.
Must be currently enrolled in school.
Previous experience in a customer service or maintenance role, preferably in a pool or hospitality environment.
Basic CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color, and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. with or without assistance.
Must have the manual dexterity to operate job-related equipment.
Must have the ability to access all properties and areas.
Work Conditions:
Work is typically in an area which may be unusually hot, cold, and/or noisy and may contain second-hand smoke. Work may be performed in a small area with a 3 ft. wide access. Tasks performed from a sitting or non-sitting position. Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping. These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area. Work may entail trained chemical usage. Constant contact with fellow Team Members and guests.
Work is typically in an open space glass atrium, multiple pools with sunlight exposure, and an average 80-degree temperature year-round. Work areas may be warm, cold, or noisy.
