Pros of working at Atlas Air

The people are great, and the problems we're working to solve are exciting.

Cons of working at Atlas Air

There is no data infrastructure & departments are disorganized at best. There's no unified effort to push improvement - any projects fall to the wayside because day-to-day operations always take priority (and there's always a fire to put out).

Pros of working at Atlas Air

Before the furlough in 2001 they cared for you well. Good management, excellent hotels & best if all very well cared for 747 aircraft. Very rare you saw a MEL item on your jet. Clean jets. Would love to go back to work for them in maintenance.

Not a thing. No real cons about Atlas Air "GIANT".

Atlas Air Benefits

The travel & good planning on maintenance & operations. Company benefits were great. Deadhead travel was always comfortable.
