Your Day at Lowe's
As a Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers to Lowe's and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. Job Description
Blue Falls Car Wash is a fully automated soft touch car wash and drying process! Part Time Associates duties include assisting customers in choosing their wash package and guiding their entrance into the wash. Additionally as a Part Time Car Wash Associate for Conrad's, you will present a warm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional image to customers. You will accurately answer questions both over the phone and at the car wash. You will maintain the car wash equipment, facility and grounds all while serving customers throughout their wash experience.
The car wash will be open 7-days a week and open on most Holidays.

Mon-Sat: 7:30am - 7:30pm
Sunday: 8:00am - 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
Unload incoming paper shipments from trucks or containers.
Inspect incoming paper products for damages, defects, and discrepancies in quantity.
Verify deliveries against shipping manifests, invoices, or purchase orders.

Pack and prepare paper products for shipment, ensuring they are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers to ensure on-time delivery.
Label, weigh, and document shipments, ensuring the correct information is included (e.g., shipping address, tracking number).
Load and secure paper products onto trucks, ensuring proper handling of heavy or bulky products.
Accurately track inventory levels of paper products, assisting in inventory counts and stock rotation.
Store paper products in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization for easy access.
Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or manual systems to track incoming and outgoing goods and update stock levels.
Ensure that paper products meet quality standards and specifications before shipping.
Report any damaged, defective, or incorrect products to management for further action.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to support quality standards and safety.
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including tracking numbers, quantities, and condition of goods.
Generate shipping and receiving reports for management and ensure that all documentation is filed and stored according to company policies.
Assist in managing any paperwork related to returns, exchanges, or damaged goods.
Assist in training and mentoring junior associates in shipping and receiving procedures.
Ensure efficient workflows and timely processing of orders.
Work closely with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery, safely and efficiently.
Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.
Maintain and inspect warehouse equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
Skills and Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years of experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in a warehouse environment that deals with paper products.
Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment is preferred.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics, including inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or other tracking systems.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move paper products, which may weigh up to 50 lbs or more, and to stand or move for long periods.
Ability to operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, in a safe manner.
Skills:
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in receiving, packing, and shipping paper products.
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Good communication skills for working with team members and other departments.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Forklift certification may be required.
Work Environment:
