Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team in El Segundo, CA!
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement software applications using Python and/or C# .NET.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team and organizational improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 4 years of development experience in a professional environment.
Strong proficiency in Python and/or C# .NET.
Experience with SQL and database design principles.
Familiarity with Azure cloud services and development in an Azure environment.
Knowledge of Snowflake and Kubernetes is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Understanding of the full software development life cycle.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
