QUALIFICATIONS Individuals being considered for the WTS Talent Consultant role will have at minimum: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred. Prior exposure to recruiting or sales strongly preferred. Two years of prior work experience, including internships. You love talking to people and getting to know them. You love helping people. You are a curious person. You are creative. You work hard but like to have fun. Natural born multi-tasker who's not easily frazzled. You have a genuine interest in technology and understanding of how things work. A willingness to ‘show up' daily prepared to deliver for our clients and candidates. ‘Whatever it takes' attitude to winning and delivering on high quality business. Detail and quality oriented. Willingness and desire to always be learning new skills. Professional and friendly in candidate and customer communication. Integrity and honesty in everything you do, even if it means losing a deal.
