GENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE
The Task Associate (TA) is responsible for delivering on operational excellence in support of sales drivers, which provide the foundation for delivering an exceptional experience for all Ulta Beauty guests. This is accomplished by keeping fixtures stocked with merchandise, maintaining overall store cleanliness and completing tasks as assigned. They support the Merchandise Manager (MM) and Operations Manager (OM) through a focus on performance (operational metrics), people (peers and guests), and process (operating procedures and compliance standards). This position requires attention to detail and the ability to follow processes and procedures.

Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
Communicate with customer on parts status
Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
Be able to read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts
Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
Provides high level service to internal and external customers
Pulls and fills orders from stock
Maintain a weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock
Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary
Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order

Lot Associates assist customers with the loading of their vehicles and also monitor and maintain the entrance of the store. Lot Associates also are responsible for maintaining a sufficient quantity of carts near the entrance of the store. This position interacts with Home Depot associates and customers. Because the Lot Associate is often the first and last associate to interact with customers as they enter or leave the store, customer service plays a vital role in this position.
