To your excitement, the Community Manager is coming around the corner with a prospect (someone interested in joining the IWG community), you share a few details about what makes this space so amazing for your customers and encourage them to join the network soon so they can participate in next week's networking event - then you head back to finish putting up your posters.

What You Will Do
The role of the Fleet & Fulfillment Associate is responsible for local area (Sacramento) deliveries during the majority (~6 hrs) of their work day. The remaining time will be spent working cross functionally with the Order Fulfillment team, usually in the mornings, to assist with intakes, restocks, and putting away assemblies from the prior evening. This position will report to the Manager, Logistics & Transportation, while working cross functionally with the Manager, Order Fulfillment on Fulfillment duties as assigned.
Communicate with Distribution Manager regarding daily deliveries
Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor in the presence of customers
Confirm all orders that are packed on the delivery vehicle and accurately mark the departure/arrival times on shipping manifest
Complete necessary deliveries to internal and external dispensaries
Confirm order accuracy with customers and verify order is consistent with invoice; count the inventory with the Store Manager or Inventory Manager
Responsible for collecting accurate payments as needed. For external accounts, responsible for counting and verifying cash payments
Obtain signatures on shipping manifest before departure of facility to verify receipt of product
Pick up product from cultivation/manufacturing sites and bring back to the Distribution Center to count product prior to leaving the cultivation/manufacturer site, as well as count in the inventory with the Shipping/Receiving Associate during drop off.
Create efficient driving routes.
Assist with morning Order Fulfillment needs including:
Intakes
Restocks
Assemblies
