What you'll do as a Sourcing Associate:
Develop and execute procurement strategies for the Molding and Metals categories to optimize costs, elevate supplier performance, and support overall business objectives
Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that address long-term needs and deliver measurable value across the organization
Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships to ensure quality, innovation, and operational excellence
Act as the subject matter expert for Molding and Metals, providing strategic insights and recommendations to influence key decisions

What you'll bring to the Sourcing Associate role:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in strategic procurement or category management, with deep expertise in Metals and Molding
Strong understanding of supplier markets, cost drivers, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) modeling
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop cost-efficient strategies
Proven success leading cross-functional teams and managing high-impact projects
Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
Advanced negotiation skills with a track record of managing high-value contracts
