Projects will be wide ranging, including diligence process management, 100-day planning and onboarding, strategic planning and refresh sessions, market study development, process improvements (i.e., Revenue Cycle, Payor Contracting, etc.), organizational design (i.e., executive, and middle management), integration planning and facilitation, synergy planning and tracking, and culture surveys and diagnostics. This position may require the incumbent to use personal equipment (e.g. vehicle, cell phone, tools, etc.) in the course of their employment.
