Job Requirements: · The candidate must be a member in good standing of the Arkansas state Bar, and licensed (or be able to obtain a license in short order) in the AR federal district and bankruptcy courts. · 5+ years of mortgage foreclosure and collections experience is required. · The candidate must be able and willing to handle a significant volume of cases within the field of creditor's rights. · The candidate must be familiar with resolving issues in discovery practice, depositions, and conflict resolution. · Appellate experience and knowledge of TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy Code are preferred.
