Ideal Candidates Will Have

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Guest (Intro) Experience and New Membership Enrollment
Executes the relationship-based sales model with each intro and passionately relates how SWTHZ products/services will satisfy their needs and goals.
Tours potential members through the studio and describes the facilities, services and amenities that directly tie back to the intro's individual needs and goals. Communicates membership options in a clear and concise manner.
Effectively and professionally enrolls guests using company sales techniques and protocol.
On-boards new members successfully and assists with all member retention activities to drive club profitability

Prospecting and Lead Generation
Responsible for effectively setting appointments for all leads and potential new business opportunities.

Qualifications

Job Objective
First point of contact at our retail locations to serve our customers in a knowledgeable, respectful manner.
Primary Responsibilities
Professional customer service including active sales of all KJUS products.
Connect with customers in a knowledgeable, genuine, and helpful approach.
Assist with scheduling, re-order process, and reporting sales information.
Proactively cover staffing absences for various reasons.
Handle point of sale, returns, exchanges, daily opening/closing of point of sale.
