This role will serve as the key liaison between the developer and various stakeholders, including architects, subcontractors, consultants, and governmental entities. The Project Manager will ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while mitigating risks and solving any problems that arise during the construction process. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Act as the Owner's primary point of contact for all project-related matters, including pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases.
