Assist in dispatching and routing Field Service Technicians to service calls, ensuring quick and efficient response times.

Participates in accreditation compliance. Compiles documents to be sent for annual reports, self-study, and SPE.
Maintains the office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Operates and coordinates the maintenance of standard office equipment in conjunction with CHP IT support.
Opens, sorts, and distributes department mail.
Sends surveys to graduates and employers, collects survey data, tallies results as appropriate
Helps the Dean's office with budget requests during the budget process
Collaborates with the Health Professions Academic Advisors to schedule tours of the Center for Health Professions.
Assists with updating/printing program handbooks, handouts, or other printing needs.
Performs any other related duties as required or assigned.
Rate of Pay $17.34 per hour

This position duties include:
* Instructs patrons on rules and procedures for safe swimming.
* Continuously observes swimming area to ensure safety of patrons.
* Enforces pool rules with customers.
* Ensure that the swimming area is open to patrons at the scheduled times and that authorized persons only are admitted to the area.
* Rescues swimmers in trouble, promptly administers first aid, CPR, and calls for medical assistance when and if needed.
* Warns swimmers of unsafe environmental or health conditions, inclement weather conditions, and closes pool until safe conditions prevail.
* May operate water pumps and control chemical additives to ensure pool water meets specified standards.
* Ensures entire facility is inspected for safety and necessary repairs are reported and completed.
* May preform other related or incidental duties as assigned for the daily operation of the swimming area to include: restocking restrooms, cleaning of bath houses, wading pools, main pools, pool decks, sunbathing areas, performs opening and closing procedures, handles cash, makes deposits, etc.
* Some physical exertion is required while performing a swimming rescue. Must be able to lift 50lbs and over.
