Summary of the Position
Assemblers in this role should demonstrate strong technical skills, the ability to follow procedures, eagerness to learn, and a team-first attitude.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assemble, test, and inspect medical devices according to documented procedures.
Adhere to our quality management system.
Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize assembly processes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Comply with all company safety rules and regulations.
Support demo product manufacturing and procurement.
Support calibration and preventative maintenance program on all production equipment.
Perform labeling and final packaging of finished goods devices, following released work instructions.
Maintain material controls and perform material cycle counts as needed.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
Support shipping & receiving activities.
Support cycle counts and stocking efforts.
Other duties as assigned.
Education and Required Experience
Minimum High School Diploma
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Clean room experience required.
2+ years of manufacturing experience preferably related to catheter assembly, ceramic dicing, wire bonding, or laser welding.
Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Proficient with the use of standard medical device equipment.
Team-Oriented: Works well with others, adaptable, eager to learn, and able to perform effectively under pressure.
Flexible availability: Must be willing to work varied schedules as needed.
Ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours per day.
Ability to work on a computer for up to 8 hours per day.
Manual dexterity / fine motor skills, if working with precision equipment.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
Ability to distinguish colors if needed to perform the job.

Salary Range
$26.00/hr - $34.00/hr (depending on experience, education, skills, certifications, and overall qualifications)
