The responsibility of the Assembler is to take various molded products and trim and/or assemble them into finished goods within quality and efficiency standards. Duties and Responsibilities * Pull and review work instructions prior to starting a job. Review production priorities. * Ensure that all necessary information and tools required for each job are in place before work begins. * Retrieves product for trimming or assembly and moves to designated areas when complete. * Finishes molded product using various methods designated for the job. These methods include, but not limited to: * Use of hand and power tools. * Use of pallet jack. * Use of hot iron. * Use of open flame. * Completes product labels and ensures product is identified throughout each operation. * Responsible for final inspection of product and ensures that product is of excellent quality before shipping to the Customer. * Use of Reporting system to record production.
