Job Description

Communicate results and observations with Engineers
Incoming inspection of components along with proper use of measurement tools and equipment
Following cleanroom protocol and FOD reduction procedures
Kitting new builds using an inventory and ERP system
Qualifications and Education Requirements
3+ years of experience in a similar environment with extensive hands-on laboratory and/or manufacturing support experience.
English communication skills
Attention to detail with a focus on safety and areas of improvement
Organized and methodical
Windows based PC experience with Outlook, Excel, and Word operation
Willingness to wear PPE (personal protective equipment)
Fine motor skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Can work with loosely defined requirements to complete tasks with minimal supervision
Preferred Skills
Experience in dewar assembly, wire bonding

**Job Summary:**
The Production Assembler I works under supervision performing assigned assembly processes to manufacture
Crane Aerospace & Electronics products in accordance with military and/or other assembly standards
using visual aids, verbal and/or written instructions.
