Key Responsibilities
Assemble sub-assemblies and full system-level hardware components.
Perform in-process testing and inspection of sub-assemblies and hardware.
Accurately complete Device History Record (DHR) documentation.
Support packaging functions in manufacturing operations.
Follow assembly instructions, mechanical drawings, and test procedures.
Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, torque tools, crimpers, soldering irons.
Operate inspection and electrical testing equipment (calipers, indicators, multimeters).
Maintain compliance with Quality System Regulation (QSR), ISO standards, and EH&S policies.
Support daily manufacturing and service requirements in line with production forecasts.
Assist in internal audits and promote continuous workplace improvements.
Train peers and share technical knowledge as needed.
Contribute to workplace safety initiatives and risk mitigation.

Assemble and/or repair printed wiring assemblies (PWA), subassemblies, instruments, and final assemblies of various components utilizing a wide range of tools, work processes and skills to approved documented procedures/specifications.
Deploy sound inventory control methods and procedures. This will include being able to allocate materials to work orders, incoming inspection assistance, and ability to issue inventory in MRP if applicable.
Handle, mix and test hazardous chemicals while using PPE.
