What Success Looks Like:

**What you'll do:**
The Assembler will timely and accurately build sub-assemblies and assemblies to customer specifications involving complex and repetitive wiring and mechanics for Power Distribution Units (PDU), Remote Power Panels (RPP), Static Transfer Switches (STS), Transformers, Tap Off Boxes and Busway systems.
**In this function you will:**
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to build sub-assemblies and assemblies
- Use heavy industrial equipment, including cranes, winding machines, fabrication, welding and brazing equipment
- Be responsible for visual inspections of material before and after assembly
- Use various fixtures, gauges, hand tools and power tools to assemble, adjust, or repair product
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards and making necessary adjustments when required in order to meet quality goals
- Adhere to company, environmental, health, safety rules and regulations
- Provide process and safety improvement ideas
- Ensure machines and tools are properly calibrated and perform housekeeping duties as necessary using the principles of 5S **Qualifications:**
**Required (Basic):**
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution

The A & D is responsible for the assembly and disassembly of lattice cranes for construction projects, manufacturing plants, or shipyards. This individual is engaged in the supervision of personnel, lifting and moving of materials, signaling of crane, and the utilization of hand tools. The A & D supervisor is expected to work long hours, and subject to working weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Determine crane requirements by collecting measurements; analyzing ground conditions; assessing lateral, underground and overhead hazards;
Verifies engineering applications by conducting tests and inspections; building and analyzing simulations;
Signal or verbally direct workers engaged in hoisting and moving loads, in order to ensure safety of workers and materials;

Updates job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging lifting and rigging practices; participates in educational opportunities;

Reports any deficiencies to Engineer and Branch Manager;
Inspects the complete assembly to Engineered and Manufacturers drawings/specifications;

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Essential:
Must have 5-10 years of crane or heavy lift experience;
Must have proficient oral and written communication skills;
Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent;
Must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and fit for duty test.
Desired:
Prefer candidates with at least a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of assembly and disassembly experience;
Safety training and certification preferred.
Work Environment:

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Assemblers for second shift. This position involves assembling sub-components and finished products, executing material processing, and ensuring high-quality production in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities**
+ Assemble and fit metal products using hand tools and power tools.
+ Operate hand and power tools and overhead cranes to build units
+ Review assembly diagrams to determine parts and quantities needed, ensuring proper placement.
+ Lift and fit products together, sometimes lifting 60lbs+.
+ Work with a team member to fulfill daily product orders.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency with hand and power tools.
+ Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and schematics.
+ Experience operating an overhead crane.
+ Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with blueprints.
+ Ability to use a tape measure accurately.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
