Job Responsibilities
Cut, prep, crimp, solder, tie wrap, wind, pot, plug, close, label, and pot various cable types.
Install wire harnesses and electrical components.
Diagnose, rework, and repair components using hand tools per specifications.
Conduct in-process inspections, report discrepancies, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Review and follow customer drawings, specifications, and manufacturing guidelines.
Operate measuring tools and other necessary equipment.
Notify management of scrap, quality issues, equipment malfunctions, and part shortages while ensuring accurate job reporting.
