Flexible Assembler III The Flexible Assembler III located in our Global Headquarters reports to our Plant Supervisor and is responsible for accurately and expediently assembling and testing sub assembly level products and / or finished products. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Perform assembly, calibration, and test operations in the manufacture of subassemblies and finished product from verbal or written instruction including BOMs, routings, work instructions, assembly drawings and samples. Assembly work involving soldering of electronic components or interconnections between electronic assemblies is specifically not included. * Determine material, tool, and equipment requirements from manufacturing orders, assembly drawings and/or work instructions. * Perform assigned duties in a safe and expeditious manner in accordance with established labor standards, quality standards, and yields. * Troubleshoot routine production problems involving component part/assembly quality and tool/equipment failures. * Communicate production problems, within the scope of their assignments that would affect either the timely delivery or the expected quality of their work, to the Production Supervisor (or assigned leader). * May use a variety of power and hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque wrenches, epoxy dispensers, riveters, hammers, etc. Soldering & desoldering equipment is specifically not included. * Use simple electrical or mechanical test devices to assure proper operation of parts or assemblies. * Accurately reports time & attendance, labor allocation and production information. * Maintain an effective dialogue with all employees to foster good employee morale. This position performs repetitive assembly operations to produce tracks, doors, or other items by assembling various components per job specifications. To accomplish this, it will require them to: Read and proficiently interpret job card and drawing specifications. Operate various handheld tools or portable type machines. Rotate through various workstations within any given department. PRIMARY ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The Assembler primary responsibilities are: Work in a safe and courteous manner. Assembles various components per job card /drawings of customer specifications. Places parts in specified relationship to each other prior to beginning production. Bolts, clips, screws, rivets, snaps, or otherwise fasten parts together. Tend machines to perform force fitting or fastening operations on assembly line. Works at different workstations as production needs require. Works online where tasks vary as different models are made within production. Uses hand tools such as riveters, saws, and other tools as needed to assemble parts. Performs quality inspections of assembled products to ensure no defects. Cut or fashion materials for size specifications. Maintain work area in a clean and orderly fashion. Miscellaneous other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None Qualifications KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: High school diploma or GED or 6 months continuous work history within the previous 12 months. Basic Math Skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication, division. Ability to read a ruler and tape measure in inches. Basic Reading Comprehension to follow written and verbal work instructions. Manual Dexterity. Physical ability to lift to 50 lbs. without assistance. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Cadrex is searching for an HLA Assembler I who is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing complex mechanical and electronic components to create high-level assemblies (HLAs) in a manufacturing environment. This entry-level role requires attention to detail, adherence to quality standards, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions. The assembler works closely with engineers, quality teams, and production personnel to ensure finished products meet all specifications and performance requirements.
