The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for the assembly, testing, and packaging of Swivel Joints and Loading Arms. These engineered systems are designed to rotate while retaining pressure and transferring media. Used in a variety of industries, from steel production to fuel loading terminals, the parts you'll be working on range from small 1” units to large 24” units, requiring both manual and equipment-assisted assembly processes. Key Responsibilities: Assemble, test, and package Swivel Joints and Loading Arms in accordance with engineering specifications. Work with components of varying sizes, ranging from 1” units (assembled by hand) to 24” units (requiring equipment for lifting and handling). Ensure all assemblies meet safety and quality standards. Perform pre-shipping testing on assemblies to ensure proper function. Follow detailed engineering drawings and instructions to ensure accurate assembly. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines and procedures. Assist in the setup and operation of equipment needed for the handling and assembly of large units. Qualifications: Previous experience in heavy assembly or mechanical assembly is preferred. Ability to work with a variety of hand tools and equipment.
