Great teamwork with partners.

Cons of working at Asembia

There’s too many to list. First, the CEO is the rudest, most arrogant person I’ve ever come across. He puts his employees down to make himself look bigger. Hes got short man syndrome. Extremely poor management and he wonders why everyone good in the company quits.

The best benefit there was quitting.

What do you like best about Asembia's CEO and the leadership team?

Nothing. I highly dislike him. Larry is degrading to his management staff. It’s an extremely hostile work environment.

How would you improve Asembia's culture?

Get rid of the CEO and all of his little puppets. Bring on people that care about patient safety and patients health.

I did majority of my preparation myself

Decent

What brings you the most joy at Asembia?

Signing off at 5pm. All jokes aside, I had an amazing group of people that worked along side me.

Pros of working at Asembia

There is a core group of people that want to help change the culture. Depending on your position, you can make slight changes to processes.

Cons of working at Asembia

People are promoted and then the promotions never happen. Leadership manages by fear and employees are not encourage to speak up - only "do what you're told". The benefits offered by the company are subpar.

How does your compensation at Asembia compare to the industry average?

The company does not pay their front end employees very well at all. Compensation starts at $15-$18 per hour. There is a lot of work involved for this rate.

Cons of working at Asembia

The marketing department is an absolute joke. The idiot they had and have running the department never returns phone calls, emails, answers questions or knows what he's doing. The two owners of the company don't speak to each other.
