Responsibility Overview: • Assisting with project acquisition duties such as answering phone inquiries from new and existing customers, replying to requests for quotes • Support the sales staff by completing estimates, processing orders, and processing credit cards & sending invoices.• Learn and fully utilize the computerized pricing/estimating program• Offer graphic design ideas, solutions and alternatives based on customer input.• Handle questions and requests by customers.• Work with production department to assure projects are completed in a timely manner. • Schedule all work to meet customer time frame requirements.
