They have a strong understanding of lighting in UE5 and how to setup lighting for different scenarios. This lighting artist should be open to critiques and be able to take that information and apply it to their scenes. They should have at least 1 shipped AAA title. The candidate should also have strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with other departments in a team environment. Qualifications: Professional experience in game development as an Associate Lighting Artist Knows how to communicate complicated Lighting issues with different audiences: artists, engineers, managers, designers, etc. Experience with standard industry tools, Unreal, Photoshop, Houdini, etc Experience with real-time GI based lighting systems.
