The graphic artist works in a creative and production role for the art department to conceptualize, design and produce of a variety of projects from sales support materials, marketing collateral, tradeshow collateral, packaging design, and beyond. Essential Functions:
Development, design, layout, and production of graphic materials in a timely fashion.
Materials to create include Sales presentation books, consumer ads, trade ads, product label design, sales presentations, retail store signage, catalogs, promotional flyers, product mock-ups, and photo correction.
Contribute to the daily production tasks of the department as well as the larger scale projects of label development and creation of new marketing materials.
Take a project from ideation to completion, which includes preparing files for print and proofing.
Communicate daily with the art department supervisor for production tasks.
Work directly with the Marketing Director to set priorities and timelines for all marketing projects.
Work with the Marketing Director to gather the message and visual direction/scope on projects
Required Skills:
Strong MAC based computer skills, full knowledge of Adobe CS (Illustrator, Bridge, Photoshop, InDesign)
