Our Creative Director is no different. This role will lead and inspire others while taking our creative output to a new level. The Creative Director will have a natural eye for design and be a generator of ideas that connect with our valued customers.

About the Role:
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Creative Director to lead our creative team in developing compelling, high-impact marketing communications. The ideal candidate is a versatile and strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver high-quality creative solutions across graphic design, copywriting, videography, and photography.
The Creative Director will oversee a team of graphic designers, a photographer, a videographer, and a copywriter, ensuring all creative assets align with brand strategy and business objectives. This role will work closely with marketing managers for our D2C and D2B segments, as well as the Director of eCommerce Revenue, to produce engaging and persuasive marketing collateral that drives results, including revenue and brand strength.
Essential Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of graphic designers and photographers/videographers in the strategic development of messaging and deliverables
Develop and manage production schedules and provides direction to team members
Prioritize work and resources across projects, based on short- and long-term needs, and develop schedules by collaborating with the designers and photographers/videographers
Participate brainstorming sessions with the marketing managers of our D2C and D2B segments, providing strategic thinking to develop innovative and actionable initiatives
Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring that deliverables address marketing goals and challenges effectively
Ensure all communication is aligned with the brand
Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences
Oversee the presentation of final concepts
Perform other duties as assigned

**Position Overview:**
We're looking for a Designe **r** to join the Vivint Creative Team to work with our Customer Marketing Department. This position will play a pivotal role in designing impactful, high-performing creative assets for our customers on a variety of channels. This role is ideal for a versatile designer who thrives on collaboration, takes initiative, and actively contributes to our overall advertising strategy.
As part of our Creative Team, you'll work closely with Customer Marketing to develop visually compelling and performance-driven content specific to various platforms and formats. **Key Responsibilities:**
**Campaign Design & Creation**
+ Develop visually compelling ad campaigns for a variety of Vivint and marketing platforms to meet the customer where they are at.

**Creative Strategy**
+ Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new concepts and campaign themes.
+ Provide creative recommendations based on performance data and emerging trends in digital marketing.
+ Act as a partner to strategists, proposing innovative solutions to drive engagement and lead generation.
+ Act as advocate to find creative solutions that simultaneously meet the brand vision and strategy as well as the platform and audience necessities.
**Qualifications and Key Competencies:**
+ Competent in tracking and executing high-performing design trends and strategies that drive customer engagement. Elements of this include but are not limited to CTAs, animations, and asset personalization.
+ Up to date with shopping and marketing trends for mobile app eCommerce platforms and marketing experiences.
+ Proficiency in developing and creating cohesive graphic assets for marketing campaigns that assist sales for supported marketing channels (email, app, www pages, web banners, etc.)
+ Strong understanding of brand systems and guidelines ensuring brand consistency throughout all marketing materials while balancing creative strategies and expression.
+ Ability to work closely with all marketing and creative teams, copywriters, and developers to ensure cohesive and successful campaign deliverables.
+ Motivated to understand all facets of the Customer Marketing channel and its audiences. Once proficiency is practiced and demonstrable, is motivated to identify new opportunities for improvement and/or expansion within the customer marketing channel.
+ Comfortable pitching new and creative methods and ideas to key stakeholders.

+ eCommerce experience, preferably with direct sales-focused design and strategies that improve on-site conversion by creating compelling creative positioning and imagery.

The Job
As the Director, Design for our Online Multiplayer RPG, you will lead and manage the design team including senior leads and designers of various levels to create engaging player-centric experiences. Lead Design Vision:
