it's a job.

poor management overall, lack of leadership, horrible work life balance. zero consideration of people's lives outside of work. toxic culture, very very high turnover in all positions, they do not care about their employees. pizza doesn't say we care about you.

i like that they treat us like slaves and we are given no actual training. a thousand 5 min tasks that are pointless and to only appease the higher management.

treating employees like people with families. if they take a company survey, actually do something with it.

relying on my knowledge and experience.

less than average. other positions with far less responsibility and skill are payed much more.
