Job Responsibilities:
Perform tasks for any portion in the design lifecycle of an FPGA in the Xilinx, Microsemi and other product families
Design FPGA, ASIC and CPLD devices for avionics hardware applications
Responsible for VHDL design using appropriate tools to perform design and simulation of the FPGA
Responsible for requirements development and management in DOORs along with the preparation of appropriate DO-254 certification artifacts
Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in hardware design, manufacturing, or technology
Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations
Responsible for working on multiple projects with multiple teams in parallel

Basic Hiring Criteria:

Desired Qualifications:
The preferred candidate has experience with Zynq and Polar fire devices in the system-on-chip or system-on-module applications with the knowledge of high-speed data interfaces and functions used in computing applications such as PCIe, AXI bus, SERDES, DMA, etc.
Experience with avionics interfaces and protocols such as MIL-STD-1553, A429, A664, and TSN
Experience with Intel Quartus, Lattice Diamond, Microsemi Libero and Xillinx Vivado

What You'll Bring
* Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 5+ years project experience in a hands-on technical leadership position with 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect

* Experience with CI/CD as well as managing Salesforce Deployments between environments in both the SFDX and traditional org model

* Experience with designing software solutions to meet requirements of business partners, resulting in detailed technical specifications that provide development team with the information required to action on requirements
* Experience managing a team of developers across multiple projects
* Experience building technical requirements against the functional requirements provided by business users and communicating that information to the development team, along with assisting in resolution of any issues that arise during development
* Experience setting up and configuring Experience Cloud sites for both public and partner implementations
* Must hold at least one of the following Salesforce Certifications (Platform App Builder, Platform Developer 1, JavaScript Developer 1)
* The ability to understand the overall scope of the project, complete tasks in a timely fashion and create estimates
* The ability to communicate technical solutions and issues clearly with business users to facilitate understanding of the solution and resolve any discrepancies
