We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to help us build our growing office in Raleigh. This role involves overseeing projects, managing a multi-disciplinary team, and leveraging their network for business development. As a team leader, you'll help expand our presence in Raleigh while being backed by an established firm.
General Responsibilities
1. Directs and supervises a team of architects and engineers in the completion of assigned projects.
2. Coordinates all architectural documentation with outside consultants and other engineering disciplines (internal or external).
3. Responsible for the quality and competence of the documents produced under his/her direction.
4. Performs or supervises construction administrative duties, shop drawing review, on site reviews, field reports, RFI responses, etc. and sees that these files are properly organized.

Requirements
