The SAFe Solutions Architect is a member of the Supply Chain Management Product Line DevSecOps and Integration program that evaluates the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) business needs and determines how IT can support those needs by leveraging software, hardware, or infrastructure. Aligning IT strategy with business goals is paramount, with this position helping to determine, develop, and improve technical solutions in support of VA's business goals. The SAFe Solutions Architect bridges communication between IT and business operations to ensure everyone is aligned in developing and implementing technical solutions for business problems. The process requires regular feedback, adjustments, and problem-solving in order to properly design and implement potential solutions. **Responsibilities** + Analyze the current architecture and develop target architecture for Health portfolio IT systems.
