Clarity Partners is seeking a Salesforce Architect, local to Chicago, IL to lead the design and implementation of robust Salesforce solutions. This individual will work closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to define architecture, guide solution development, and mentor Salesforce developers and administrators. Responsibilities:
Lead the architectural design of scalable and secure Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience, etc.)
Define and maintain architectural standards, system integrations, workflows, and customizations, leveraging Salesforce best practices, client needs, and industry standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design integrations with external systems and platforms.
Define, communicate, and manage a change management process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications and code.
Review and approve data models, automation workflows, custom development, and API strategies.
Supervise and actively review solution implementations throughout the build/configuration phase to ensure alignment to scope and solution quality.
Conduct code reviews and manage deployments to maintain a high standard of code quality and system reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Salesforce configurations, integrations, and customizations.
Document technical designs, processes, and solutions for internal and client reference.
Support the development of proposals, estimates, and solution roadmaps for new Salesforce initiatives.
Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, ecosystem trends, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a track record of successfully managing and delivering Salesforce projects of varying complexity, including Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Marketing Cloud, Public Sector Cloud, MuleSoft, and other related Salesforce products.
In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, data modeling, and platform capabilities, ensuring optimized and secure solutions.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration tools, including middleware, REST/SOAP APIs, and other integration platforms for seamless system communication.
Strong understanding of cloud computing principles, database management, and enterprise-level software architecture and implementation.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the capacity to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
A background in consulting, managing off shore team members, and public sector experience is preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders and translating them into technical solutions.
Clarity is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For the Salesforce Architect role, the base salary pay range is $145,000 - $180,000. The range represents a good faith estimate that Clarity reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of posting. Role Summary: The Healthcare Project Architect leads technical production efforts in collaboration with the Project Manager and other team members. Implements the design intent of projects into a comprehensive set of construction documents, commencing with schematic design through construction administration and closeout. Collaboration with all team members is highly valued, and you will work as an advocate for project success through successful detailing and development of your projects.
Primary Function: Serve as a leader in the production of construction documents by working directly in Revit to produce plans and specifications, as well as delegating to and guiding Project Coordinator efforts. Establish detailed work plans to meet project milestones and continually monitor time spent during production phases, modifying as needed to meet fee, budget, and schedule.
MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Code Compliance
Analyze code and agency regulations, planning and occupancy studies; prepare, evaluate, or review design layouts and options.
Conduct conferences with regulatory officials and prepare strategies to address interpretative issues related to building regulations.
Technical
Investigate, evaluate, and recommend design solutions, products, and assemblies that best meet the client's needs.
Meet with Principal, Project, and Design Manager regularly for input on QAQC, constructability, and other technical requirements.
Write specifications for their own projects.
Construction Administration
Serve as the primary point of contact for GC, attend construction meetings, conduct field visits, and generate field reports.
Lead RFIs and submittals, coordinating with Project Manager on design direction.
Coordination
Communicate and coordinate with Project and Design team and external consultants, including Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineers, to ensure technical accuracy and quality.
Proactively coordinate with GC, fabricators, manufacturers, consultants, etc., as needed during the Construction Administration phase.
SOFTWARE AND SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor Degree or higher in Architecture is required.
Licensure or licensure track is preferred but not required.
Experience with Healthcare projects is ideal.
Proficiency in Revit preferred (5+ years of experience).
Strong communication, time management, and organization skills.
Knowledge of relevant building codes and accessibility requirements required.
5+ years of project experience in an architectural practice developing technical documents.
Working knowledge of e-Builder and related Construction Admin Software is a plus.
Time Allotment
