Qualifications What You'll Do: Engage in all phases of project development, from initial concept through construction administration. Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, and details using industry-standard CAD and BIM software. Ensure design integrity by conducting quality checks to confirm compliance with project standards and building codes. Organize and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and relevant materials. Research applicable building codes, ordinances, and materials to support project objectives. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and consultants to facilitate integrated project delivery. Gain exposure to client interactions by participating in client meetings and contributing valuable insights. Assist in coordinating design reviews, documenting feedback, and supporting seamless design integration. What You Bring: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture or a related field, with a strong multifamily project experience preferred. Active architectural license required. Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software. Demonstrated experience in multifamily residential projects, with a strong understanding of design standards, building codes, and project complexities specific to multifamily developments. Ability to ensure accuracy in technical documents and detail work, maintaining a high level of quality in project deliverables. Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas effectively within the team and with clients. Works effectively in a collaborative environment remains receptive to feedback, and adapts designs to meet changing project needs. Demonstrates a commitment to ongoing professional development, staying informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices.
