poor staffing ratio, poor management.. supervisor was not supportive of staff doing the hard work.. those cleaning, cooking, putting up with high behaviors. Definitely had their favorites! Floaters making more than staff assigned to the house even though the floater was based out of the same house. Upper level management not interested in direct support staff concerns. If ARCA could get away with inadequate staffing they would! Night staff slept on the job.. did minimal if any of night chore list. Once morning relief arrived they "checked out" leaving morning staff to assume responsibility of four individuals while they talked on the phone, essentially riding the clock. ARCA claims themselves as being a Premier Service Provider but it is all smoke and mirrors. If you wanna be overworked, under paid, work in a 0% teamwork environment get a job at ARCA!
working with one of the most vulnerable population of individuals ever! Generous overtime because few want to work extra hours. Don't be fooled!
