The Billing Data Analyst is primarily responsible for researching, adjusting, and documenting supplier billing inquiries by evaluating large sets of raw and compiled data. Maintaining documentation that adheres to audit and SOX guidelines and ensuring traceable processes is key to this position. The Sr. Analyst will utilize analytical and accounting skills to interpret and comply with contract language, establish effective procedures, and comply with tight deadlines. This position includes cross-functional Data Management responsibilities. Effective presentation and communication skills are necessary to engage with internal and external stakeholders. The Stationary Engineer repairs heating plant equipment including pumps, compressors, reducing stations, and heat exchangers. Completes preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment such as repacking and reheating valves, repacking pump seals, and greasing machinery. Takes directions from and assists the Lead Boiler Operator as required. PRIMARY PURPOSE: This position is accountable for troubleshooting, repairs and performing preventive maintenance relative to the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems and physical structural elements of the center. Provides support as a member of the Prepared Foods team to include preparation, counter service, sanitation, and stocking of products.
