We are a high-energy, high-volume café that serves up delicious, from-scratch meals to our corporate clientele. In this role, you'll oversee the daily operations of our high-volume café, create and prepare delicious, from-scratch meals in large batches, ensuring every dish meets our high standards, in addition to supervising and coaching a dedicated team of hourly employees, helping them grow their skills and passion for cooking. The salary range for this position is $60,000.00 to $75,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. Job Responsibilities
* Trains and leads kitchen personnel
* Supervises/coordinates all related culinary activities
* Estimates food consumption and requisition or purchase food
* Selects and develops recipes and standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality
* Establishes presentation technique and quality standards, and plans and prices menus
* Ensures proper equipment operation/maintenance and ensures proper safety and sanitation in the kitchen
* Oversees special catering events and may also offer culinary instruction and/or demonstrate culinary techniques

Qualifications

**What You'll Do**
The Executive Chef 3 oversees a production team of non-union employees responsible for all culinary aspects of patient feeding, retail operations and catering functions.
Manages retail areas and back of house in the absence of the GM and/or Retail Manager. This is a hands-on position that ensures food produced is of the highest quality and appearance, while maintaining proper cost controls in ordering, preparation and control of food waste.
+ have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product;
+ has culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
+ has the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
