The Position: The Development Director (DD) will play an instrumental role in leading the Private Equity Stakeholder Project's fundraising program, developing and implementing a strategy to grow and diversify its current $4 million annual funding base. Duties & Responsibilities * Conducts 100% of scheduled sessions, unless time-off has been granted or the parents of the client have communicated to the clinical team that they would not like for the hours to be provided. * Primarily responsible for conducting subbing sessions for other clients to sustain the productivity margin if a session is cancelled by the family.
